Well Being Shiksha Foundation Conducted a Financial Well Being Workshop at Deendayal Upadhyaya College on 20th January 2023
The Well Being Shiksha Foundation has collaborated with Deen Dayal Upadhyaya College, Delhi University to promote the financial well-being of India's youth.
Dr. Neelam Tandon sensitized Business Management Studies (BMS) students toward the importance of savings and budgeting at a young age.
She motivated students to become change agents in society to sensitize youngsters- and school children towards money management and fulfilling their dreams and aspirations.
Shri Surya Kant Sharma, senior consultant at the Association of Mutual Funds in India (AMFI) with over 35 years of experience in banking & finance helped students to understand the importance of financial planning at a young age and guided them to invest with caution.
Dr. Deepak Tandon, senior Professor at International Management Institute, New Delhi, worked as a senior bank official in leading India's public sector banks and new generation private sector banks for more than two decades. He explained to students the benefits of banking products as an investment option and the importance of planned savings to achieve short-term and long-term financial goals.
Dr. Yogieta, Professor of Finance at Deen Dayal Upadhyaya college helped students to understand the significance of the collaborative efforts of all the stakeholders to contribute to the financial well-being of India's youth and school children.
